Meeting at a Battle of the Bands, Cam and Gavin were in different bands competing for a grandstands slot opening for Brantley Gilbert. Shortly thereafter, they saw something in each other and after discussing influences, idols, etc., landed on the idea of going back to their beloved roots of country music and writing songs together.
After a few months into writing, the country duo would join the Midwest Country Music Organization and land a radio spot on 25+ radio stations across the Midwest with their debut single “Think That I Needed You”. The song was also taken in by Nashville’s “Warner Chappell Music” Publishing Company in December of 2023. Roseland continues to make noise in the Midwest with their take on modern country rock.
